Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.

Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

Condition for Return

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and hygiene-related products.

Sale/discounted items (unless they are received in a defective condition).

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available in case of size issues or defective products.

Exchange will only be possible if the same product (different size/color) is available in stock.

Refund Process

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.

Kindly provide your Order ID and clear product images for verification.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.

In remote areas, delivery may take up to 8-10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (you can set your limit, e.g., ₹999).

A standard shipping fee of ₹129 applies to orders below the minimum value.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available with an additional charge of ₹129 (if applicable).

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
