1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a wrong product,

  • The product is defective or damaged,

  • The product does not match the description.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during sale/discount offers (unless defective).

• Customized, altered, or tailored products.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

 

3. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

• We allow exchanges only for size or design (subject to availability).

• If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

 

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

 

6. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are required to send the product to our return address.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective/wrong.
