Return Period
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of product delivery.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
Condition for Return
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and hygiene-related products.
Sale/discounted items (unless they are received in a defective condition).
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available in case of size issues or defective products.
Exchange will only be possible if the same product (different size/color) is available in stock.
Refund Process
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI.
